About The Position

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) experienced Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Partners Personnel Crest Hill, IL team! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility required. Will be working at client site in Romeoville, IL. Shift 8 am to 5 pm /Flexible (must be available to support client operations as needed) This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact by supporting a large, fast-paced workforce while building strong relationships with both our client and our associates. As the Onsite Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our client and workforce, overseeing a campus of multiple buildings with approximately 100–200 associates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or onsite workforce management
  • Required Experience managing high-volume staffing operations preferred
  • Knowledge of VMS platforms and client reporting
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and staffing software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day onsite staffing operations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates
  • Conduct orientations and employee engagement activities
  • Process payroll and resolve payroll-related inquiries
  • Support VMS (Vendor Management System) processes and reporting
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and employee retention
  • Coordinate staffing levels to meet client production demands
  • Address employee relations issues professionally and promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting and branch teams to meet staffing goals

Benefits

  • Salary Range $45,760 - $52,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
  • This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
