About The Position

IXL Learning is seeking a Strategic Partnership Specialist to join their Professional Learning team to support Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). This role involves delivering professional learning sessions to M-DCPS administrators, principals, and educators to ensure effective implementation of IXL. The specialist will also collaborate with district leaders to develop strategies for using IXL to achieve instructional goals. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, organized, and strategic educational leader with strong communication and presentation skills, committed to professional development best practices. This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in Miami, Florida.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 7+ years of educational professional development experience
• MUST either have experience as a school or district administrator OR have had extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
• Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction
• Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching in a K-12 setting
• preferred experience in M-DCPS

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Travel locally to deliver impactful professional development sessions and provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions – up to 60% local travel with occasional overnight travel.
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation.
• Use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships.
