Partnership Executive

Empower Mental Health•Phoenix, AZ

About The Position

Empower is seeking a driven, field-focused Partnership Executive Representative to expand its presence in the personal injury market. This business development role focuses on opening new doors, establishing referral partnerships, and building a book of business from the ground up. The position is intended for a disciplined, self-motivated hunter who takes ownership of a territory, is persistent, uses CRM effectively, and builds trust through consistent follow-through. It is a field sales role, not a desk-based account management position. The role is structured around 70% new business development and territory building, 20% relationship management and account growth, and 10% CRM management, reporting, and internal collaboration. The successful candidate will spend most of the workweek meeting prospective and existing partners face-to-face, while developing a sustainable referral network and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. The Partnership Executive will present Empower's services and care model to referral partners, coordinate with internal teams to support partner experience, and participate in coaching and sales development. The position offers the opportunity to grow into greater responsibility over time.
