About The Position

Bellota Labs is a fast-growing technology company building poker experiences. It operates ClubWPT Gold, a poker training site backed by the World Poker Tour (WPT), and works with poker creators and other partners to bring players together through content, competition, and community.

The Partnership Activation Coordinator owns the day-to-day execution of ClubWPT Gold’s ambassador, affiliate, creator, and related partnership programs. The role serves as an operational point of contact for partners, coordinates work across creative, product, and data teams, and helps turn partnership opportunities into completed activations. It is a hands-on position for someone with poker and creator-ecosystem knowledge who can independently drive projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of poker, its culture, and the broader poker community.
• Strong organizational and detail-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and projects.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, adapt quickly, and maintain momentum when plans change.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve workflows, streamline repetitive tasks, and work efficiently.
• Clear, professional written communication with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment, take on loosely defined tasks, and determine next steps.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, follow up on deliverables, and drive projects through to completion.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with poker content, creators, and the broader poker community.
• Experience working on a creator’s team, at a poker media company or poker training site, or with a live-stream production team; experience as a stream producer or moderator.
• Experience supporting CRM campaigns, including email and SMS.
• Basic design or video editing skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut.
• Familiarity with Discord, OBS, and co-streaming setups.
• Exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, or creator activation programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for ambassadors and affiliates, managing requests for creative assets, promotional codes, landing pages, performance reports, tournament setups, and other partnership needs.
• Coordinate with creative, product, data, and other internal teams to move requests forward and deliver work accurately and on time.
• Onboard new ambassadors and affiliates, providing the tools, assets, and information they need to get started.
• Manage day-to-day affiliate program operations and maintain organized processes and a strong partner experience.
• Coordinate reporting on ambassador performance, promotional codes, and partnership initiatives.
• Track deliverables, monitor activation progress, and ensure partners have the information they need.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and partnership operations.
• Support digital and in-person creator events, including tournament coordination, promotional activations, and production logistics.
• Help source and vet potential ambassadors, affiliates, creators, and other talent.
• Assist with content-driven initiatives and special projects across the partnerships team.
• Gather creative assets and supporting materials for presentations, partner decks, and internal projects.
• Coordinate creation of promotional graphics and other marketing materials.
• Take ownership of miscellaneous operational tasks and special projects as needed.
