The role is based in North America and involves working across time zones and traveling for partner engagements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical role, such as professional services, implementation consulting, or technical enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP integrations or accounts payable/finance technology.
  • Experience working with and through SI partners, rather than only with end customers.

  • Strong communication skills with both partner integration developers and delivery leads.
  • Based in North America, with flexibility to work across time zones and travel for regional partner engagements.

  • Familiarity with ERP platforms common in North America, such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Unit4.
  • Experience building enablement programs or training curricula from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship with SI partners across North America and serve as their point of contact for integration architecture and implementation challenges.
  • Build and run a regional certification program for SI integrations, including defining standards, conducting assessments, and maintaining certification expectations.
  • Deliver technical training through the Medius Partner Academy, making product and integration knowledge useful and accessible to partners.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during partner-led projects, particularly when challenges are complex or partners need additional technical review.
  • Work with R&D’s Connect team to bring partner and field feedback into product discussions and communicate new capabilities to partners.
