About The Position

Optiom is hiring a Partner Success Representative to support our growing Ontario region. This role is ideal for someone energized by being in the field, motivated by building relationships that drive results, and looking for a role where their work directly shapes how partners experience Optiom. The Partner Success Representative will be a key presence with broker partners, focusing on developing relationships, delivering product training, and driving growth through the channels that matter most.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders.
  • A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and territory independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Ontario broker market.
  • Experience delivering product training in person or virtually.
  • Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products.
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in BC.
  • Active General Level 1 Insurance License already in hand.
