About The Position

Optiom is hiring a Partner Success Representative to support our growing Nova Scotia region. This role is ideal for someone energized by being out in the field, motivated by building relationships that drive results, and looking for a role where their work directly shapes how partners experience Optiom. The Partner Success Representative will be a key presence with our broker partners, focusing on developing relationships, delivering product training, and driving growth through the channels that matter most.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Previous experience in insurance.
  • Previous experience in vehicle sales.
  • Familiarity with the Nova Scotia broker market.
  • Experience delivering product training in person or virtually.
  • Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products.
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in BC.
  • Active General Level 1 Insurance License already in hand.
