OPTIOM INC. is seeking a Partner Success Representative in Halifax, NS. This full-time role involves building strong partnerships with broker partners, developing relationships, delivering product training, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will be energized by field work, motivated by building relationships that drive results, and looking for a role where their work directly shapes how partners experience Optiom. This is an opportunity to represent a brand Canadians trust and support Optiom's growing Nova Scotia region.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales.
  • Familiarity with the Nova Scotia broker market.
  • Experience delivering product training in person or virtually.
  • Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products.
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in BC.
  • Active General Level 1 Insurance License already in hand.
