TalkingPoints is experiencing significant growth and is seeking passionate, mission-driven individuals to join their team. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be a key member of the Partner Success Team, collaborating with Sales, Data Integrations, and Support to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and growth of mid-market and enterprise school and district partnerships. This role specifically supports a large urban school district in the Miami, Florida area, requiring regular on-site presence at district offices and school sites. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, as is comfort in delivering professional learning and support to partners. You will work within a dedicated, mission-driven team focused on enhancing family engagement to support schools, teachers, and families.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in an account management role in a technology company working with mid through senior-level stakeholders.
  • Track record of building relationships and partnering with a variety of stakeholders that have resulted in measurable success for their goals.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), along with communication and collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, G Suite, and Notion.
  • Background in K-12 education.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Ability to be onsite regularly at district offices and school campuses in the Miami area.
  • Comfort providing in-person professional learning and support as needed.
  • Experience in or empathy with communities we serve (e.g., underserved populations, education, immigration, bilingual and/or multicultural environments).
  • Relationship-driven, organized, creative, and tenacious.

Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture partner relationships as the primary owner of your book of business, acting as an extension of your school and district partners’ teams.
  • Deeply understand district goals and strategies, expanding relationships with district leadership to maximize the impact of TalkingPoints integration.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding and product adoption in collaboration with the Data Integration Team, setting goals, understanding partner context, and aligning with TalkingPoints’ best practices.
  • Monitor partner family engagement trends and collaborate with partners to optimize implementations, meeting internal and external success goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executive(s) to develop territory strategy, leveraging current partnerships and identifying opportunities for expansion and up-sell to drive growth.
  • Own partner renewal and retention for your book of business, leading renewal conversations and contract finalization.
  • Facilitate engaging and impactful product training and family engagement workshops for partner teachers, staff, and administrators, including delivering on-site professional learning.
  • Act as a liaison between TalkingPoints and partners, recognizing and escalating partner trends and challenges to internal teams (Product, Marketing, Support).
  • Guide partners through upcoming feature releases and change management to ensure seamless adoption and optimized impact.
