About The Position

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Partner Success Manager to drive the success of our Norton product portfolio by contributing directly to our partners’ business growth and achieving sales targets. This role requires someone who can deeply understand our security product strategy, proactively identify and engage partner companies with strong alignment to consumer security solutions—such as consumer electronics retailers and mobile phone agents—and translate that understanding into effective sales and partnership initiatives. As a Sales and Partnerships Manager, you will take ownership of partner relationships by going beyond transactional product sales to collaboratively plan and implement new services and sales expansion strategies. You will be expected to identify gaps in our current distribution network, develop new channels where we lack presence, and expand the reach of our security solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on growth strategies, ensuring that partnership initiatives contribute meaningfully to broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in the PC or mobile industry
  • Experience working with consumer electronics retailers or mobile phone agencies
  • Experience in direct business development
  • Experience in the distribution or trading industries
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation capabilities
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Willingness to grow and take on challenges together with the company
  • Ability to work with a strong sense of responsibility and mission toward goals and expectations
  • Basic PC skills including document creation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
