About The Position

This position reports into the Vice President of Healthcare Sales and requires building and nurturing strategic relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and ensure mutual success. This role involves collaborating with partners to develop and execute sales strategies, providing ongoing support, and aligning partner goals with company objectives to maximize performance and satisfaction. This is a hybrid position working in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office 3 days a week with 2 days a week remote.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Sales/Business Development or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas
  • Prior experience in sales, account management or inside sales within a B2B environment
  • Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust quickly over the phone
  • Passionate about helping small business and loves to speak with business owners on the phone
  • Top notch listening and communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Self-starter; strong work ethic; eager to crush sales goals
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving to close the business
  • Highly resourceful team member with the ability to be extremely effective both independently and as part of a sales team
  • Previous commercial financial services experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication ability.
  • Possess strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new account relationships with equipment resellers (“Dealers”)
  • Prospect and execute dealer marketing campaigns, calling all assigned leads
  • Conduct prospect and account discovery calls; identify and close growth opportunities
  • Call and educate all dealer lead sales reps and management on PEAC’s financing program, conduct webinars & account training to close them to become a PEAC partner account and to refer customer applicants to you
  • Build relationships with account principals, finance managers, sales reps, and sales managers
  • Solicit and close your dealer referred application opportunities
  • Improve penetration with your existing dealer accounts, developing each opportunity, including negotiating terms with a goal of gaining more wallet share on their finance business to turn all dealer accounts into Partner relationships
  • Assist dealer accounts w/ PEAC’s platform; encourage & facilitate use of Digital Tools
  • Facilitate resolution of dealer partner/ program issues within PEAC
  • Drive app & funding volume towards monthly quota attainment
  • Maintain clean data in SFDC on leads & customers, guests, prospect accounts
  • Work directly with PEAC Sales Leaders and Strategic Account Managers on penetrating larger dealer accounts that have Dealer potential and may require face to face selling or trade show support
