About The Position

Best Buy Ads is a fast-growing retail media business that connects brands with customers at key moments in their tech journey. With rich data and multi-channel solutions, we help advertisers reach engaged audiences and drive measurable results. As a Partner Success Management (PSM) Lead, you will be a key post-sale partner to our Best Buy Ads partners and their campaigns to deliver strong outcomes. You will play a crucial role in building strong partner relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing campaigns and ensuring partner satisfaction and retention. This role combines client service, creative strategy, and end-to-end campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client success or agency account management role.
  • Strong understanding of full funnel digital media, marketing, and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to client success.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support strong relationships with Best Buy Ads partners through proactive communication, attention to detail, and a partner-oriented mindset.
  • Foster trust and collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams including Ads Analytics, Partner and Category Marketing, Media Strategy, and Creative to support business objectives.
  • Guide new Best Buy Ads partners through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of Best Buy Ads products.
  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact, aligning campaign execution with partner objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign setup, gather inputs, and manage advertising elements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Support reporting and regular campaign performance reviews with partners.
  • Act as a partner advocate, sharing feedback to enhance offerings.
  • Mitigate risk, escalate issues, and work alongside leadership to troubleshoot concerns efficiently.
  • Demonstrate professional growth through knowledge sharing.
  • Help refine best practices to improve efficiency and partner outcomes.
  • Collaborate & support training initiatives.
