About The Position

Join the Best Buy Ads team as a Lead, Marketplace. In this role, you will drive performance and growth across Best Buy’s marketplace advertising business. You’ll partner closely with sellers to execute and optimize campaigns, increase investment, and improve adoption of Best Buy Ads solutions to deliver strong business outcomes. As a key contributor, you will combine hands-on execution with data-driven insights and commercial acumen to influence seller success and scale best practices across the marketplace.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ecommerce, retail media, marketplace, or sales/client-facing roles with revenue responsibility
  • Working knowledge of paid search, sponsored products, or retail ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and drive partner investment
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, drive adoption, and contribute to revenue outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with third-party sellers or vendor partners
  • Background in campaign management, client success, or performance marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of marketplace sellers, serving as a trusted advisor on advertising strategy and performance
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across Best Buy Ads channels, including sponsored products and paid search
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and return on ad spend
  • Analyze performance data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for sellers and internal stakeholders
  • Support onboarding and ongoing education to drive adoption, investment, and growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketplace, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to improve advertiser experience and outcomes
  • Contribute feedback to enhance tools, processes, and overall program effectiveness
  • Support revenue-driving initiatives and help scale best practices across the marketplace
