About The Position

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) with deep domain expertise in the Healthcare industry to join its Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) practice. This role involves shaping industry solution strategies within the AWS Partner Network, focusing on developing repeatable industry solutions for line-of-business use cases. The PSA will work with consulting and technology partners to publish these solutions across Go-to-Market channels and evangelize them to Healthcare Customers globally. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in software architecture, data privacy and security, healthcare compliance, software deployment, and cloud computing, alongside customer-facing and technical sales abilities. A strategic mindset, deep understanding of healthcare payer and provider business processes, and strong influencing skills are essential. The role requires acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to sales teams and customers, driving cloud adoption through partners. Key responsibilities include accelerating customer cloud adoption, modernizing core systems, developing new AWS partner healthcare solutions, implementing industry workflows (e.g., intelligent document processing, prior authorization, ambient listening), ensuring HIPAA/SOC2/HITRUST compliance, and addressing healthcare line-of-business use cases. The PSA will collaborate within a global matrixed organization to apply technologies like Agentic and Generative AI, data analytics, compute, and storage to solve business challenges with repeatable solutions built on AWS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in a relevant field
• 5+ years experience working directly with Healthcare customers on cloud and AI adoption.

Nice To Haves

• 8+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• Experience working with consulting partners through solution alignment, account management, product management, program management and business development engagements
• Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience working for or closely with a healthcare organization on line of business solutions and core healthcare platforms (such as EHRs).
