The role of Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) involves priming pre-sales solutioning across data, voice, mobility, and IoT portfolios, and driving success and experience post-sales. As a trusted advisor, the CSA will combine technical expertise with a consultative, customer-first approach, simplifying complex solutions and translating them into real business value. The CSA will partner closely with Sales Executives to design scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive top-line growth, cross-sell opportunities, and faster contract-to-cash execution.
