About The Position

The Partner Relations Associate is based in Cradles to Crayons’ Giving Factory and helps distribute essential items to partner organizations. The role builds and maintains relationships with partner account holders, manages partner orders, and provides customer service across a network that includes schools, hospitals, homeless shelters, community health centers, early intervention programs, and other community-based organizations. The Associate also supports partner onboarding, diaper distributions, and order-fulfillment monitoring. All staff participate in monthly in-person volunteer shifts to stay connected to the organization’s mission. This position works in a warehouse environment, where normal temperature changes may occur indoors or outside on or around the loading dock. No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions are described. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A clean driving record.
Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours.
Ability to walk up and down stairs, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Model and promote a positive “One Cradles” culture, reflecting the organization’s Cultural Values and related behaviors.
Provide customer service to Service Partners, including greeting them, locating completed orders, helping move orders to transportation, and assisting with loading donations.
Communicate with Service Partner account holders about orders, accounts, partnership questions, and other matters.
Provide technical support to partners using the online ordering portal.
Assist with onboarding new Service Partners, including orientation, training, and creating or reactivating accounts in the database.
Help prepare and distribute ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly reports on order fulfillment and inventory issues.
Attend and assist with partner cultivation events as appropriate.
Work with the Manager of Production & Volunteer Engagement to prepare weekly orders for fulfillment.
Oversee daily order distribution and coordinate pickups with partner account holders.
Monitor and prepare expedited emergency orders for fulfillment and distribution.
Maintain data integrity by closing out picked-up orders, recording items cancelled or added at pickup, and reviewing account-holder information.
Help lead seasonal distribution events, including Backpack-a-thon and diaper distributions.
Assist with yearly Service Partner analysis, including waitlist review, and identify areas for growth.
Communicate pickup and order etiquette requirements to Service Partners.
Manage the Partner Shelf, ensuring appropriate items are offered and tracking of distributed items is accurate.
Assist the Inventory & Logistics Associate with inventory movement, organization, and tracking, while maintaining general warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Maintain Family Assistance resources by creating and updating geographic one-pagers and website search features.
Prepare and send a monthly Partner Relations newsletter to account holders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
