About The Position

We are looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to join our Global Distribution Concierge Support Team. In this role, you will work closely with our Distribution Partner Account Manager (DPAMs). Primary responsibilities to be contact for questions, issues, linkages, and requirements that need to be addressed or issues which may arise in the management of the disti-managed partners. Work closely with the PAD (Partner Acceleration Desk) Manage PAD GSS cases by routing to correct queues, assigning CGS Tiger Team, meeting SLAs, reporting, and escalating stalled tickets.

Requirements

  • Highly collaborative and customer success-driven individual who enjoys working in a matrixed organization with virtual teams must be sales oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Worked in and/or has an interest and base understanding of High-tech Industry.
  • Understanding the complete sales cycle management from prospect to close.
  • Solid People-focused skills, ability to build long-term relationships with team members by establishing trust and credibility.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and highly collaborative.
  • 2+ years of proven sales quota attainment and solutions sales experience in software or high-technology offerings.
  • Experience using CRM tool for collaboration – in specific Sales Force and Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate account and territory ownership alignment to support sales execution, avoid conflicts, and enable timely deal progression.
  • Validate partner eligibility, compliance, and program status to unblock live deals and ensure alignment with Red Hat policies.
  • Clarify customer segmentation, coverage models, and escalation paths to resolve ownership disputes and maintain consistent sales engagement.
  • Resolve rebate, MDF, or incentive issues tied to active sales cycles, ensuring deadlines are met and partner motivation remains high.
  • Provide guidance on quoting, pricing exceptions, and Letters of Authorization to support accurate, compliant, and timely deal closure.
  • Troubleshoot partner portal access, permissions, and tooling issues to ensure uninterrupted participation in sales, renewals, and incentives.
  • Create and validate new customer accounts and partner associations to enable deal registration, quoting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Support technical validation and solution architecture alignment to ensure proposed designs meet customer requirements and Red Hat standards.
