Partner Manager Lead – Semiconductors

About The Position

Mistral is seeking a Partner Manager to lead relationships with semiconductor providers, including GPU, ASIC, and accelerator vendors and their ecosystems. The role has a dual mandate: support Mistral’s growth as an AI lab and as an AI infrastructure provider. As an AI lab, the Partner Manager will accelerate adoption of Mistral’s models on partner silicon, including device, edge, and on-premise deployments; support collaboration with OEMs, such as joint research; and facilitate access to AI infrastructure for Mistral’s research efforts. As an AI infrastructure provider, the role will support infrastructure development by securing compute allocations from partners, supporting infrastructure financing plans, and building joint pipelines for AI infrastructure deals. The position reports to the Compute Partner organization. The successful candidate will be comfortable with executive briefings, technical roadmap reviews, and commercial negotiations.

Requirements

10+ years of experience working with silicon partners such as NVIDIA, AMD, or Qualcomm.
Proven track record managing complex partner relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
Strong experience in alliance management within the high-tech industry at strategic and operational levels.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and C-level executives.
