Partner Manager - Enterprise Solutions

GigsSan Francisco, CA
$155,000 - $185,000Hybrid

About The Position

Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services, a platform enabling tech companies to embed global connectivity into their products. Similar to how Stripe simplifies payments, Gigs allows platforms to integrate connectivity, bridging telecom and modern tech. This role focuses on Gigs for Work (GfW), the enterprise offering designed to provide businesses with world-class employee connectivity. The Partner Manager will be responsible for the commercial success of GfW enterprise accounts, ensuring successful launches, rapid growth, and long-term retention. This is a high-ownership, relationship-intensive position at the intersection of commercial, product, and operations. The role involves managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts from launch through expansion, renewal, and strategic planning, playing a key role in developing this critical vertical. The GfW approach differs from Gigs' core partner model, targeting HR leads, IT directors, procurement teams, and C-suite executives rather than product teams embedding connectivity into consumer apps. The ideal candidate must understand the enterprise stakeholders' language, success metrics, and position Gigs as a strategic vendor.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, or customer success, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, managed mobility, or enterprise connectivity.
  • Demonstrated experience holding personal NRR, ARR, or renewal targets.
  • Comfortable managing relationships with multiple senior buyers in large organizations (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, C-suite), potentially across different functions simultaneously.
  • Sufficient technical understanding to gain credibility with IT and procurement buyers regarding enterprise connectivity deployments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and structure external communications, including executive updates and business reviews.
  • An AI-native working style, defaulting to AI for account research, preparation, reporting, and communication.
  • Comfort operating without a pre-existing playbook and building infrastructure as needed in a rapidly developing area.
  • A genuine interest in the product and how it works, beyond just its functional capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Hold commercial ownership for a portfolio of GfW enterprise accounts, driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities, such as new employee cohorts, geographies, or use cases.
  • Manage renewal conversations confidently and determine when to escalate or close deals independently.
  • Track and manage account health, including adoption rates and seat growth, intervening before issues arise.
  • Define and maintain high standards for GfW account health across the portfolio.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships (VP IT, CIO, CTO, CPO, Head of Procurement) alongside operational contacts.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews that are perceived as valuable and not merely transactional.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise stakeholders for important matters.
  • Become an expert in the GfW product, understanding its performance tracking and capabilities.
  • Identify and communicate feature gaps, deployment friction, and new use cases to the product team with commercial context.
  • Contribute to shaping the future development of the GfW product.
