About The Position

Seattle Bank's Partner Banking division originates loans and acquires assets through fintech and marketplace partnerships. This role owns the credit analysis, deal evaluation, structuring, and commercial execution for each partnership opportunity—enabling the Head of Partnerships to focus on strategy and partner leadership while deal-level work is systematically offloaded. You will evaluate incoming opportunities against credit and commercial criteria, build deal structures, draft and negotiate commercial agreements (LOIs, term sheets, purchase and sale agreements, referral agreements), conduct diligence, and prepare recommendations for approval. You'll work within established credit and capital-deployment frameworks while supporting the team's broader portfolio management, secondary market programs, and capital optimization initiatives. This position is located in our downtown Seattle office and requires full-time, in-person work.
