Partner - Finance Advisory
About The Position
Genpact is seeking a Partner to define and lead the strategic direction of its finance advisory practice. The role oversees delivery of high-impact financial transformation programs, builds and manages executive-level client relationships, and drives business growth, innovation, and service excellence. The Partner will also mentor senior leaders and shape the capabilities of the practice. The position is hybrid and is listed as a regular, day-shift role in the United States. The approximate annual base compensation range is USD 210,000 to USD 300,000. Actual compensation depends on factors including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity. Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a Master’s degree in Finance.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
- Skills in audit responses, audit support, business consulting, client relations, compliance services, critical thinking, data analytics, data visualization, finance, forecasting, people leadership, reconciliations, risk management, sourcing, strategic thinking, and storytelling.
