The Partner Engagement Manager supports Travel Portland's mission by cultivating meaningful and inclusive relationships with local tourism-serving businesses, community stakeholders, and industry partners. This position plays a leadership role in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance the visitor experience and drive travel demand. Collaborating across departments, including International, Public Relations, Marketing, Convention Sales, and Equity & Partnerships, the Partner Engagement Manager serves as a key connector between internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves strategic planning, partner education, stakeholder engagement, and revenue development and stewardship through partnership development. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, results-driven, proactive, with strong project management and communication skills. This position also contributes to the annual strategic engagement plan, tracks impact metrics, manages assigned program budgets, and oversees vendor and contractor relationships related to engagement activities.
