You will develop and deliver marketing content and engagements that are meaningful to them, with the customer at the center. You will execute tactical plans in partnership with cross-functional teams, in alignment with the Strategic Marketing Partner, to achieve strong business performance for Roche and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Science or Business.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in Pharmaceuticals or Diagnostics, including Omni-channel, Operations, Analytics, Digital, customer, or medical-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Health Canada Food and Drug Act and the PAAB (Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board) and the ASC (Advertising Standards Council).
  • Demonstrated bias for action and customer-centric mindset is critical.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and networked environment.

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree is an asset (MBA, MBiotech, MSc, etc.).
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
  • Broad range of experience across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Experience in Oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and drive action using key insights that impact HCP and Patient journeys and experiences within the ecosystem, prioritizing and actioning them to deliver on Roche’s business.
  • Develop and execute content and campaigns to ensure HCPs recognize the value Roche brands bring to them and the ecosystem.
  • Responsible for the pull-through of the omnichannel customer experience plan, including the development of personalized, persona-based marketing content derived from insights.
  • Strategically leverage available channels to optimize impact and achieve business outcomes.
  • Develop (and co-create where possible) engaging patient campaigns and tools when aligned with brand strategy.
  • Manage compliant execution and continuous optimization of internal processes related to marketing content planning, content creation, content production, internal review and approval, and content distribution, along with other various marketing requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities for optimizing customer experience through omnichannel engagement and remain responsive to customer needs.
  • Analyze marketing content effectiveness and ROI based on available performance and engagement data to generate insights and enable data-driven decision-making that optimizes ongoing campaigns and future content creation.
