Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences
  • Commitment to client satisfaction as a primary focus, enabling the client to achieve and exceed their goals
  • Belief in high quality and adherence to a high standard of compliance to study protocols
  • Remarkably organized
  • Skilled at problem-solving, planning, and being proactive
  • Ability to accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success

Nice To Haves

  • Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license
  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
  • Professional experience providing direct patient care in a medical or clinical environment
  • Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
  • Ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
  • Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
  • Executing patient enrollment and retention activities with focus and follow-through
  • Performing Intramuscular (IM) injectors safely and accurately
  • Entering clinical data accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
  • Serving as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
  • Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are offsite
  • Providing physicians with timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site team
