Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
- Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
- Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences
- Commitment to client satisfaction as a primary focus, enabling the client to achieve and exceed their goals
- Belief in high quality and adherence to a high standard of compliance to study protocols
- Remarkably organized
- Skilled at problem-solving, planning, and being proactive
- Ability to accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success
Nice To Haves
- Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license
- B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
- Professional experience providing direct patient care in a medical or clinical environment
- Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
Responsibilities
- Providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
- Ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
- Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
- Executing patient enrollment and retention activities with focus and follow-through
- Performing Intramuscular (IM) injectors safely and accurately
- Entering clinical data accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
- Serving as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
- Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are offsite
- Providing physicians with timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site team
