About The Position

Le/la Partenaire d’affaires RH agit à titre de conseiller/ère stratégique auprès des gestionnaires d’un groupe de clients internes œuvrant dans des environnements corporatif et d’entrepôts répartis à travers le Canada. Il/Elle joue un rôle clé dans l’application des meilleures pratiques ressources humaines et s’assure de la conformité avec les lois du travail propres à chaque province. Il/Elle collabore étroitement avec les gestionnaires pour favoriser un climat de travail sain, assurer l’efficience des opérations RH et accompagner les initiatives liées à la gestion du personnel. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to managers of corporate functions and warehouse operations across multiple sites in Canada. The HRBP plays a key role in implementing best HR practices while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations in each province. The HRBP collaborates with leaders to promote a positive work environment, support effective workforce management, and contribute to HR-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • more than 5 years of experience as an HR business partner, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment standards in various Canadian provinces.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit afin de supporter les employés et les gestionnaires des autres provinces canadienne.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operational environments (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing) is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to different sites across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for a portfolio of corporate functions as well as warehouse locations across several Canadian provinces.
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers in all aspects of employee relations, performance management, and development.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with provincial labour laws (e.g., employment standards, health and safety, employment equity).
  • Manage or support disciplinary matters, internal investigations, and conflict resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to align practices across different sites.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, workplace climate) and recommend tailored action plans.
  • Support managers through organizational changes and workforce optimization initiatives.
  • Stay current on employment legislation across provinces and emerging HR trends and practices.
