Part-Time Receptionist
About The Position
The Sam Leman Automotive Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join their growing team in Champaign. As the first point of contact for customers, this role is crucial in creating a welcoming experience and providing administrative support to multiple departments. This position is ideal for a college student or someone looking to gain valuable business experience in a professional environment with opportunities for advancement. The schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday until 7:00 PM, Tuesday and Friday until 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The company is willing to work around college schedules.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Assist customers by connecting them with the appropriate department or team member
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other clerical duties
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Support various dealership departments with administrative tasks
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression of the dealership
- Assist with additional office duties as needed
