Requirements

Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.

Nice To Haves

Experience with autism is appreciated, but not required. Willingness to learn and collaborate with therapy teams is more important.

Responsibilities

Celebrate milestones and everyday victories with children.
Engage in play activities such as building train tracks and playing in the backyard.
Communicate with children using picture cards and other tools, especially given the twins' autism and speech delays.
Work alongside ABA therapists and learn from their techniques.
Provide a positive and encouraging environment.
Manage children's laundry.
Perform light meal preparation for children.
Perform vacuuming, sweeping, and tidying of children's areas.
Occasionally let out the family dog.
Be a patient, nurturing, playful, dependable, and adaptable caregiver.
Become an important part of the family's village.
