Responsibilities

Caring for a newborn daughter, including feeding, soothing, rocking, and encouraging healthy sleep habits.
Navigating the details of infant care with confidence.
Understanding infant cues and providing calm confidence to new parents.
Creating a peaceful rhythm for the baby to thrive.
Assisting with children's laundry, washing bottles, vacuuming, and light dinner preparation while the baby rests.
Keeping children's spaces organized.
Occasionally assisting with school pick-up or drop-off for the older child.
Communicating well and stepping in where needed to make everyday life lighter.
Working alongside parents as part of a team.
