This warm, thoughtful family is looking for an experienced nanny to bring calm, confidence, and support during this special chapter. While there is a fun-loving six-year-old in the family, this role is truly centered around their newborn daughter. Mom works from her home office with a flexible schedule, and Dad will be taking portions of his parental leave throughout baby's first year. Rather than looking for someone to simply "take over," they're hoping to welcome a teammate—someone who naturally steps in where needed, communicates well, and helps make everyday life feel a little lighter during this season. Your days will primarily revolve around all things baby: feedings, diaper changes, tummy time when developmentally appropriate, stroller walks, reading books, singing songs, and creating a peaceful rhythm that helps this little one continue to thrive. While baby rests, you'll help with children's laundry, washing bottles, vacuuming, light dinner preparation, and keeping the children's spaces feeling organized. Every now and then, you may help with a school pickup or drop-off for big brother, but those moments will be the exception rather than the norm. They're anticipating around 30 hours each week, and they're happy to build a schedule that works well for everyone. More than simply filling hours, they're hoping to find the right person to become part of their family's rhythm for the next year or two.
