About The Position

Michael Baker International is seeking a Part-Time Intern to support the assigned department with technical duties and daily activities. Assist with projects and assignments under the direct supervision and mentorship of staff. Learn the profession through hands-on project experience and guidance from experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist professionals in the assigned discipline with completing project plans, drawings, designs, and/or analyses.
• Perform clerical duties, including permit documentation and meeting minutes.
• Assist with technical tasks such as: Preparing basic studies, Performing design work, Conducting testing and inspections, Supporting budget management activities.
• Complete simple to moderate calculations, including cost estimates.
• Perform routine analyses and summarize findings in reports.
• Write, edit, or create basic: Documents, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Communications.
• Collect, enter, verify, and manipulate data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
