About The Position

The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is recruiting part-time French faculty for its World Languages department. Under administrative leadership, part-time faculty support the visions, missions, and values of the colleges and District. Responsibilities relate to classroom assignments, student evaluation, curriculum, student advising, professional development, and other assignment-specific needs. Assignments and work hours vary based on need. Applications are retained in the pool for one year, and candidates may be contacted for interviews as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in French; OR bachelor's degree in French and master's degree in another language or linguistics; OR equivalent qualifications.
• Applicants applying under equivalency must submit an Equivalency Determination Form and equivalency materials.
• Successful fingerprint clearance is required as a condition of employment.
• New employees must provide acceptable proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.
