About The Position
GFT Ready Mix is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Inside Sales team member to support our sales and billing processes. This position will assist with project setup, customer documentation, billing review, and follow-up on outstanding quotes.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with customers by phone and email.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Previous administrative, customer service, sales support, billing, or construction industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up new customer projects and maintain accurate project information.
- Review billing information for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Scan, organize, and maintain delivery tickets and related documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding quotes and proposals.
- Assist the sales team with customer and project-related administrative needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments.
- Perform other sales support duties as assigned.
