Part-Time Household Manager (Meal Prep)

Sage HausBelmont, CA
$38 - $42Onsite

About The Position

We're a creative, tech-industry household with two school-age daughters and two Maine Coon kittens who've quickly made themselves at home. Life here is lively, colorful, and full of Legos, art projects, impromptu dance parties, and the kind of cheerful clutter that comes with a family that's busy making memories. Both parents work hybrid schedules in the games industry, so while weekdays have a rhythm, the overall vibe is playful, imaginative, and never too serious. We've built some great household systems over the years and we're good at the big-picture planning. Where we'd love support (and suggestions) in creating a bit more consistency in the day-to-day. We'd love someone who enjoys keeping things humming along: staying ahead of the dishes, folding and putting away laundry, planning simple, healthy meals, helping prep dinner before everyone gets hungry, and resetting the house so it feels calm instead of chaotic. The goal isn't perfection—it's creating enough structure that we can spend more time enjoying each other and less time catching up. This is a warm, inclusive, and completely non-judgmental home. We embrace a "you do you" philosophy and are looking for someone who brings positivity, flexibility, and a genuine love of family life. If you thrive in a lived-in household that's full of laughter, creativity, growing kids, and the occasional stray sock, you'll feel right at home here. We're simply looking for someone who can help bring a little more rhythm to our day, helping cut down on decision fatigue all while preserving all the fun that makes our family who we are.
