About The Position

The Part Time Frame team member builds customer relationships and creates memorable custom framing solutions. The role also helps customers find products, maintains a safe, clean, clutter-free and well-merchandised store, and supports store operations. Team members follow company procedures and standards, complete framing orders accurately and on time, provide friendly customer service, and contribute to sales, production, stocking, cash handling, and omnichannel processes.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly; move throughout the store; and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable legal requirements.
• Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using the company’s Elevated ABC Deliver approach.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store environment.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Interact respectfully with others, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
