Part-Time Faculty - Pharmacy Technician (South)
About The Position
Teaches Pharmacy Technician-related coursework. Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed when openings become available; these positions are not current vacancies. Part-time faculty are hired on an as-needed basis and work for the duration specified by the respective course. A portion of the teaching assignment may involve evening classes and possibly weekend classes. Courses may be delivered using various methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College, and may require a physical presence at the assigned on-site work location. Part-time faculty are not entitled to all rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Salary is based on the Board-approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Must be a Certified Pharmacist or Pharmacist Technician.
- Five years' work experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
Nice To Haves
- Institutional pharmacy experience.
