About The Position

Nebius Academy is an educational platform dedicated to helping business professionals and organizations navigate the AI-driven transformation era. We specialize in creating practical courses that teach practitioners how to strategically apply AI tools within real-world business workflows. Our programs are designed for working professionals who need to act on AI, focusing on practical adoption, measurable impact, and leveraging experience to lead change. Our mission is to equip business professionals with the knowledge and frameworks to make informed AI decisions, drive organizational adoption, and become leaders in the evolving world of work. We are seeking experienced business professionals, consultants, and transformation leaders to join our talent pool for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts for our AI for Managers course. This course is tailored for business leaders who need to make critical decisions about AI adoption, team leadership through AI integration, and impact measurement. The curriculum covers AI strategy, change management, governance, and practical application across various business functions. We recruit across three distinct role types: * **Instructors:** Deliver the AI for Managers curriculum live, facilitating sessions, managing Q&A, and adapting content for the audience. Requires proven experience training managers and business leaders, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to explain AI in simple, decision-oriented terms without technical jargon. * **Authors:** Design and write learning materials for AI for Managers, including frameworks, case studies, and structured content for non-technical, managerial audiences. Requires 7+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or IT/business leadership, with hands-on experience leading AI implementation initiatives. * **Subject Matter Experts:** Combine deep domain expertise with curriculum creation and live delivery capabilities. Requires 7+ years working with C-level stakeholders on AI and digital transformation, experience leading end-to-end AI adoption across cross-functional organizations, and the ability to serve as an authoritative voice for senior, skeptical audiences. Our experts are distinguished by their ability to translate real-world AI implementation experience into effective learning for senior, busy, and potentially skeptical audiences. These are Talent Pool positions, meaning we continuously review applications and build our roster of experts. While an immediate opening may not exist upon application, strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise. Roles are part-time (10–15 hours per week) and can involve instructing live sessions, authoring course content, or supporting curriculum development as a subject matter expert. We review applications on an ongoing basis. Our selection process is fully asynchronous and designed to respect your time, including Application Review, an Async Video Interview, a Test Assignment, inclusion in the Talent Pool, and a Hiring Manager Call for relevant positions.
