Requirements

  • Deep hands-on expertise in business process automation, workflow design, or digital operations transformation (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Ability to evaluate real-world automation implementations, tool ecosystems, and AI-augmented workflows, distinguishing practical approaches from hype (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Experience structuring complex automation knowledge into competency maps, frameworks, skill decompositions, or curriculum logic (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Ability to review technical learning content critically and provide clear, structured feedback to authors and internal stakeholders (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Seniority level allowing autonomous work after onboarding, with strong ownership and minimal supervision (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain automation concepts clearly to mixed audiences (technical and business stakeholders) (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Availability to collaborate within European time zones (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • 3–6 years of professional experience implementing automation workflows in business operations environments (for Author role).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms in real operational workflows (for Author role).
  • Experience with API integrations, prompt engineering for automation, and RPA platforms (for Author role).
  • Proven track record in automation advocacy, tech leadership, conference speaking, or mentoring (for Author role).
  • Strong desire to share knowledge and explain complex concepts in a clear, comprehensible way (for Author role).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a content area (for Author role).
  • Strong attention to detail (for Author role).
  • Availability to dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to collaboration (for Author role).
  • 1–6 years of experience designing or implementing automation workflows, with hands-on proficiency in one or more of the following: Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, UiPath (for Instructor role).
  • Active daily use of AI-powered automation tools in real operational or business workflows (for Instructor role).
  • Ability to translate complex automation concepts into actionable, engaging learning experiences for professional audiences (for Instructor role).
  • Confident, collaborative, and audience-oriented facilitation style (for Instructor role).
  • Strong preparation habits and time management; able to commit 10–15 hours per week (for Instructor role).
  • Russian or Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead live, hands-on training sessions and workshops for business professionals and operations teams on building and scaling AI-powered automation workflows.
  • Prepare practical workflow scenarios and training materials in collaboration with Instructional Designers.
  • Develop reusable materials such as workflow templates, prompt libraries, automation blueprints, and reference guides.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure alignment between asynchronous and live content.
  • Communicate with students during Q&A sessions.
  • Review and incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve session design.
  • Create the core educational content for automation courses, including structure, learning objectives, lessons, assessments, and final projects.
  • Prepare content in multiple formats: text, draft slides, and screencasts.
  • Participate as a speaker in learning videos.
  • Design the final project for the course.
  • Work iteratively with instructional designers to improve content quality.
  • Ensure all content reflects real-world automation use cases and aligns with course objectives.
  • Contribute to content updates based on student feedback analysis.
  • Define topic priorities for AI automation learning programs targeting operations professionals, business analysts, automation engineers, and adjacent roles.
  • Decompose automation skills into competency maps, frameworks, mastery frameworks, and learning roadmaps.
  • Review course structures and content for technical accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with learning outcomes.
  • Act as an internal authority for the Curriculum team, translating market needs and automation trends into program strategy.
  • Support the selection and evaluation of external authors and experts.
  • Monitor AI automation tools and emerging workflows, converting insights into recommendations for new or updated programs.
