About The Position

Nebius Academy is an educational platform that helps business professionals and organizations navigate the era of AI-driven transformation. We create specialized courses that teach practitioners how to apply AI tools strategically in real-world business workflows — across sales, marketing, learning & development, and organizational management. Our programs are designed for working professionals who need to act on AI, not just understand it. We focus on practical adoption, measurable impact, and the kind of judgment that comes from experience — helping individuals and teams lead change, not react to it. Our mission is to equip business professionals with the knowledge and frameworks to make smart AI decisions, drive adoption across their organizations, and become leaders in the new era of work. We are building a talent pool of experienced business professionals, consultants, and transformation leaders for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts across our AI for Business & Transformation program. Our courses cover: AI for Smart Work, AI for Sales, AI for L&D, AI for Marketing, and AI for Teachers. These are Talent Pool positions — we continuously review applications and build our roster of experts. There may not be an immediate opening at the time you apply, but strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise. You can join us on a part-time basis (10–15 hours per week) as an instructor leading live sessions, a course author creating learning materials, or a subject matter expert supporting curriculum development. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working with business leaders, senior managers, or C-level stakeholders on AI adoption, digital transformation, or organizational change initiatives (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Ability to evaluate real-world AI applications in business contexts — and distinguish practical, high-ROI approaches from hype (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Experience structuring complex knowledge into competency maps, maturity frameworks, skill decompositions, or curriculum logic (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Familiarity with AI governance, build vs. buy decisions, and change management principles (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Ability to review learning content critically and provide clear, structured feedback to authors and internal stakeholders (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Seniority level that allows autonomous work after onboarding, with strong ownership and minimal supervision (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Availability to collaborate within European time zones (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian or Spanish is a strong plus (for Subject Matter Expert role).
  • 3–6 years of experience implementing AI tools or leading digital transformation initiatives in business environments (for Author role).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to business workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot for M365, Make, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar) (for Author role).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with business examples and case studies; able to explain the reasoning behind technology choices (for Author role).
  • Proven track record in consulting, training, content creation, or knowledge-sharing in a professional context (for Author role).
  • Strong desire to share knowledge and explain complex concepts in a clear, jargon-free way (for Author role).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a content area (for Author role).
  • Strong attention to detail (for Author role).
  • Availability to dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to collaboration (for Author role).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian or Spanish is a strong plus (for Author role).
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with AI tools or digital transformation initiatives in a business context (for Instructor role).
  • Practical knowledge of AI use cases in at least one business function: sales, marketing, L&D, operations, or similar (for Instructor role).
  • Ability to explain AI concepts without technical jargon and make them immediately actionable for non-technical audiences (for Instructor role).
  • Confident, collaborative, and audience-oriented facilitation style (for Instructor role).
  • Background in corporate training, business consulting, or professional coaching is a strong plus (for Instructor role).
  • Strong preparation habits and time management; able to commit 10–15 hours per week (for Instructor role).

Responsibilities

  • Lead live, practical training sessions for business professionals — managers, team leads, sales reps, marketers, and other non-technical audiences — helping them apply AI tools confidently in their daily work.
  • Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops.
  • Prepare practical scenarios and training materials in collaboration with our Instructional Designer.
  • Develop reusable materials: prompt libraries, workflow templates, use case examples, and reference guides.
  • Work with the curriculum team to align live and asynchronous content.
  • Communicate with participants during Q&A sessions.
  • Review and incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve session design.
  • Create the core educational content for our courses — from structure and learning objectives to lessons, assessments, and real-world case studies.
  • Collaborate to define the course structure and learning objectives for each module.
  • Create clear, concise, and comprehensive content: lessons, manuals, guides, session outlines, and assessments.
  • Ground content in real business scenarios, case studies, and practical frameworks.
  • Prepare content in multiple formats: text, draft slides, and screencasts.
  • Participate as a speaker in learning videos.
  • Design the final project for the course.
  • Work iteratively with instructional designers to improve content quality.
  • Ensure all content meets professional standards and aligns with course objectives.
  • Contribute to content updates based on learner feedback analysis.
  • Optional: participate as an instructor in live sessions — compensated separately.
  • Shape the strategic direction of our curriculum, ensuring our programs reflect real organizational challenges and the evolving landscape of AI adoption in business.
  • Define topic priorities for AI learning programs targeting business professionals, managers, team leads, and organizational decision-makers.
  • Decompose AI adoption skills into competency maps, maturity frameworks, and learning roadmaps.
  • Review course structures and content for practical relevance, accuracy, and alignment with learning outcomes.
  • Act as an internal authority for the Curriculum team — translating market needs and AI trends into program strategy.
  • Support the selection and evaluation of external authors and experts.
  • Monitor AI tools and emerging business workflows; convert insights into recommendations for new or updated programs.
