About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a customer-facing team member responsible for delivering a world-class shopping experience, exceeding sales goals, sharing product knowledge, and engaging customers to build lasting brand loyalty. As part of the store’s core staff, the associate provides reliable support through consistent schedules and responsibilities that help keep store operations running smoothly. The role includes being cross-trained across store functions, supporting and mentoring new team members, and upholding merchandising and retail operational standards. Hours are typically up to 12 per week during base weeks and increase to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. The position requires availability for nights, weekends, holidays, peak hours, and critical shifts. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive to work on time.
Dependability and availability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
