About The Position
The Department of Nursing invites applications for Obstetrics clinical faculty positions within the BSN Program, which includes Traditional and Accelerated 2nd Degree tracks in a CCNE-accredited program. Faculty teach in the clinical area, and teaching responsibilities are limited to clinical education. The department’s clinical faculty specialty needs may vary from semester to semester. The search will remain open indefinitely as needs vary from semester to semester.
Requirements
- Experience in Obstetrics.
- At least two years of experience as a registered nurse within the past five years.
- Possess a valid nursing license through the Kentucky or Ohio Boards of Nursing, or be eligible for licensure.
Nice To Haves
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Teaching experience in nursing is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Teach in the clinical area.
- Provide clinical education; teaching responsibilities are limited to clinical education.
