About The Position

We're looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to step into a well-established role. Our long-time bookkeeper recently retired, leaving clean, well-maintained books — this is a maintain-and-run seat, not a cleanup project. This is a ~10 hours/week, fully remote position with an immediate start.

Requirements

• Solid QuickBooks experience
• Comfortable working independently and owning a monthly close
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive

Responsibilities

• Maintain the books in QuickBooks
• Generate monthly financial statements
• Handle light A/R collections
• Manage online payments
