About The Position
The Mid-Willamette Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Aquatics Coordinator to oversee their swim lesson program and manage, direct, and supervise their lifeguard staff. This part-time position will be 19-29 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong aquatic background with experience in both management and lifeguard/swim instructor experience.
Requirements
- Hold current lifeguard CPR, AED and First Aid certifications
- High school diploma
Nice To Haves
- Current lifeguarding certification
- Lifeguarding instructor certification
- Swimming lesson instructor certification
- Obtain LGI within 3 months of starting employment
