About The Position
Performs administrative and professional work involving the initiation and quality control of capital improvement programs, special projects, and park renovation projects for the City of Orlando’s Park Division. Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Work is performed under the general direction of the FPR Planning and Grants Manager. Performance is reviewed on a periodic basis through formal and informal meetings and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Construction Management
- Four (4) years experience in area of design and project management
- Valid Florida Driver's License

- Professional Landscape Architect license
