About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Parking Valet Attendants in Flushing, New York, for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. The role involves greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking rates and retrieval instructions, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Attendants maintain a professional company-uniform appearance and help resolve customer issues. The work is active and primarily outdoors, with standing and walking for much of the day and occasional handling of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Local management may also assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties based on operational needs. Pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, plus cash tips. The role requires a valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience; applicants are also asked whether they can drive a manual-transmission vehicle.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely when they leave.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and give guests instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
