About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring part-time Valet Attendants in Columbus, Ohio, for overnight shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. Attendants greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly, explain parking rates, and give guests instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles. The role includes inspecting vehicles before taking possession of them and following company guidelines. Attendants maintain a professional company-uniform appearance, help resolve guest issues, and may be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties based on operational needs. The position is active and primarily outdoors, involving standing, walking, and sometimes running or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.

The listed pay rate is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, plus cash tips. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have held a valid driver's license for at least two years. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Energetic and outgoing; able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, or other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
