About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, inspecting vehicles, maintaining company appearance, and resolving issues. Attendants will be expected to be active, standing and walking outdoors for most of the day, and may be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks. This position offers opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language.
• Friendly, professional approach to everyone.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Valet parking experience: 1 year+
• Customer service experience: 1 year+

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
