About The Position

The Parking & Transportation Lead supports day-to-day operations in an assigned base area, helping ensure parking and lot operations are efficient, safe, and contribute to a positive guest arrival experience. Working under the direction of the Parking & Transportation Supervisor and Manager, the Lead provides on-the-ground leadership by positioning staff, opening and closing lots and lanes, monitoring operations, and addressing real-time operational and guest service needs. The Lead connects frontline team members with departmental leadership, escalates issues requiring supervisory attention, and supports consistent communication across teams. The role suits a dependable, guest-focused person who can remain composed in a fast-paced outdoor environment and take ownership of operations with limited direct supervision. The Summit at Snoqualmie is described as Seattle’s home mountain, located about an hour from Seattle at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. The resort offers year-round activities, including mountain biking trails and scenic lift rides in summer. This is a non-benefited role. The stated wage range is $22.50 to $25.00 per hour. All employees may contribute to the 401(k); employees must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match, which has a two-year vesting cliff. Employees accrue sick time at one hour per 40 hours worked, up to 64 hours per year. Full-time employees may participate in the Ally Health benefit for telemedicine and mental health appointments, with coverage for family members and no copays or deductibles; the stated cost is a $4 weekly deduction.
