About The Position

The Parking Security position reports to the Sr. Security Event Manager and works at Gillette Stadium on event days. The role ensures fan compliance with parking lot rules, controls access to restricted areas, monitors crowd activity, and assists guests. The position involves working full Stadium events, including nights and weekends, in a typically loud, densely populated environment that may involve inclement weather.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Effective listening and communication skills.
Attentive to detail and observant.
Friendly and customer-service oriented.
Ability to remain calm and work under pressure.
Available to work all full Stadium events, including nights and weekends.
Ability to take direction and demonstrate flexibility with shifting priorities and business needs.
Ability to adhere to established processes and protocols and apply them in a timely manner.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Previous experience in the security field.

Responsibilities

Assist and communicate with fans regarding parking lot rule violations, inappropriate behavior, and public intoxication.
Provide customer service by greeting fans, answering inquiries, giving directions, assisting with seat assignments, and resolving general problems.
Control access to restricted areas by verifying tickets or credentials.
Escalate issues to management or local authorities as appropriate.
Advise guests of stadium entrance rules, including monitoring bag sizes and other prohibited items.
Monitor crowd activity and promptly report suspicious or threatening situations to the area supervisor or local authorities in an emergency.
Escort players or special guests to and from their vehicles as assigned by management.
Address complaints and concerns courteously and professionally.
Escalate issues to area supervisors, including vehicle or pedestrian accidents.
Perform special projects and assignments as business dictates.
