About The Position
Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Parking Security Attendant to help create exceptional arrival and departure experiences for members and guests. The role is a key point of contact, providing professional guest service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining organized traffic flow, and supporting the safety and security of Club parking areas. Through attentive service and teamwork, the attendant contributes to a Five-Diamond hospitality experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain established grooming standards.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Nice To Haves
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first and last impression of the Club.
- Safely park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with directions, property information, and other service requests.
- Maintain organization, vehicle flow, and operational efficiency in parking areas.
- Monitor parking lots and report safety concerns, security issues, or incidents to management.
- Support special events, guest arrivals, and high-volume operational periods.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a Five-Diamond guest experience.
