About The Position

This is a full-time position with a starting rate of $17.55, working Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The primary responsibility is power washing and parking lot striping at CN sites. This role is classified as a Grounds position and includes grounds keeping tasks. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid State issued Driver's License
Mechanically inclined and prior experience with various technical and mechanical requirements of the job
Basic knowledge of chemical interactions, danger signs, production techniques and disposal methods
Knowledge of cleaning machines and tools, including their designs, uses, basic repair, and maintenance
General knowledge of cleaning/maintenance requirements in the hospitality/casino industry
Ability to follow safety policies and procedures and OSHA regulations
One (1) year of experience parking lot painting, layout, power washing etc.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment including commercial power washer, striping machine, parking lot grinder, forklifts for cleaning and maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways.
Operate pressure washer safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces.
Maintain established schedule.
Clean up rubble and debris from area being washed.
Operate striping machine to paint curbs, lines, and stencils.
Layout of parking lots and stencils.
Clean striping machine and other painting tools after each use.
Caulk expansion joints.
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles for purpose of ensuring the availability of equipment in safe operating condition.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
